Files come from title companies, insurers, attorneys, and lenders who need a search they can stand behind. We work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT, out of Christiana, Tennessee. Everyday turnaround is typically 24–48 hours when records allow; problem files often take 2–5 days. Depth runs 30–60+ year searches, including counties that still need courthouse work.
